Travelers vaccinated against COVID-19 no longer need tests to go to Contadora, Saboga or Viveros

As of June 1, 2021, people vaccinated with the 2 doses against COVID-19 no longer need to present their PRC or antigen tests to enter the Saboga, Contadora or Viveros Islands of The Pearl Islands, Panama. According to the Ministry of Health of Panama, it will only be necessary to present the vaccination certificate.

Passengers who do not have their two doses must present antigen or PCR tests with a negative Covid-19 result.

This decision applies to both income by sea or by air.

Aero Albrook, the main provider of helicopter tours in Panama and the ferry to Contadora Island has expressed support for this decision.
